I had broccoli, cauliflower that had to be used up. SO I put that in a pan with olive oil, minced garlic, and onion flakes. Then we added in cherry tomatoes from the garden and carrots that we had in the draw. I just sautéed them until they we soft. I forgot we had basil on the porch and an eggplant on the counter. It was good and filling even without them.
Olive and chicken breast with garlic powder and onion powder cooked on low for 30 to 40 minutes.Brown rice cooked for the boys.
